Who takes the tour?

John Searston has been riding this area for years and is passionate about showing the beauty of the natural scenery to all. He is an accredited mountain bike coach with MTBA Australia and has 20 years competitive triathlon experience.

John has represented Australia and still competes in distance and multi day endurance events.

What Road Bikes do you hire?

Our Road bikes are the super sweet 10 speed Merida alloy jobs with 105 group sets.

They come with a spare tube, levers, and a mini pump… just in case. Oh and a stack hat to save the noggin

Minimum 3 days rentals for Noosa and Mooloolaba Tris.
These precious wheels are for delivery only.

Yes, we will drop them off and pick up from your accommodation for no additional charge!

Also ask us about meeting up with some locals for a group ride. It’s all happening here with a strong local cycling community.

What type of Mountain Bike do you use?

We have Merida Matts series mountain bikes in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL. Baby seats are available and we do have some bikes for the little ones. Check them out here

Do I need to be super fit to go on a mountain bike tour?

No. As long as you can ride a bike we take you on tracks to your ability and stop often to rest you and give you some coaching and encouragement.

Do you do family rates for your tours?

Yes we do understand the high cost of families, and we really want everybody to HAVE FUN .  Just ring and ask for a deal.

Do you supply helmets and bike locks?

All Mountain Bike Hire and Tours and Road Bike Hires include helmets and bike locks. We even supply snacks, refreshments and a water bottle to make sure you have energy and lots of fun!

How old do children have to be to go on a mountain bike tour?

Well usually from 10 upwards , but if you think your child is a goon enough rider, please talk to us.

Is mountain bike riding dangerous?

No, not if you only ride to your ability. We don't ask you to do the tricky stuff until we think you are well ready for it. Most recreational mountain biking is done at a leisurely  pace so you can take in the beautiful scenery. Also no cars and trucks to worry about!

What are your Operating Hours?

We conduct tours on request and our bikes are available for hire during Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

What if I'm not an expert rider?

Don't worry if you are not an expert rider. We'll go at your pace and keep the risks to the minimum. The day is about having fun and we make sure we cater to all abilities.

What is your refund policy?

If there is inclement weather we will refund any booking in full. We are able to ride in most conditions however if it is deemed too dangerous or uncomfortable the tour may be cancelled and your money refunded.

What is your wet weather policy?

We have a commitment to the keepers of the forests not ruin the tracks by riding when wet weather has made the tracks vulnerable. So we get in touch before to consider the options. full refunds are given if we cancel the tour.
